Personal and Heartfelt Support
When you need it most.
Our Support Process
We share our grief to get it off our chest. When we hold our grief in, it manifests in other more destructive ways, such as anger, gastrointestinal issues, stress, depression, and isolation.
He was my friend, my confidant, and a member of my family. In today’s world, not everyone understands the deep pain and prolonged anguish surrounding the loss of a pet.
Share, listen, and grow in your grief with others who are also deeply grieving. Our community is here to support each other as we travel together through our losses.
Learn from custom tailored activities, specifically designed for your personal grieving needs. Your grief strategy should uniquely reflect the special relationship you have lost.
All of our services and programs are centered around the idea that everyone grieves and experiences grief differently.
Sunday Support Groups
Every Sunday, at 3pm and 6pm PST, we host FREE online video chatrooms for anyone suffering from the loss of a pet. Registration is free and open to the public.
For those who need more support, we offer PetCloud memberships. Join other people to talk, support one another, listen to stories, and grieve together throughout the week.
How do I support a friend who has lost a pet?
The best thing that you can say to a grieving friend or family member is “I’m so sorry for your loss”. The best thing that you can do is continue show up, support them, and show that you care.
How do I talk to my child about pet loss?
Children feel loss and grief just like we do. In fact, they learn how to greive by watching us. It’s best to be simple and direct and above all, don’t pretend like the loss didn’t happen.
