Similar to our Guilt 101 Group Program, we learn about the guilt and anger we carry, where it comes from, how we personally react to it, and how we can start the process of self-forgiveness. We meet weekly for 6-weeks for 50-minutes to process this intense pain of saying goodbye together with activities and homework specifically designed to help let go of the guilt and anger we carry.

In deep grief there is seldom better comfort than the companionship of others who understand loss and sadness. It is such a comfort and blessing to know that we don’t have to grieve alone.
