Grief often feels like a lonely and isolating place, and there is no better tool than connecting and sharing with others. We believe in the power of relationships. A memory shared, a thought explained, a question asked – these are all the most powerful way we can overcome our grief and continue on the path of healing.
Not all counseling needs to be away from your home. Virtual grief support is available and can be just as helpful. Joining a grief support group helps you better understand the loss that you’re experiencing. When we realize that our feelings are perfectly normal and valid, it can go a long way to help us through this difficult time of parting.
In a virtual grief support video chatroom, join others just like you as they are exploring their own loss and grief. Share your story of love and loss, listen to the stories of others in your group, and learn and grieve together. Grief shared is grief lessened. Grief often shows up unannounced, at all hours of the day. That’s why we have groups throughout the week, and we’re adding more and more groups as our membership grows. Personalized Group Sessions

With your monthly membership, you have one closed group session that meets the same time every week plus access to all open group sessions.
Get to know the members of your group, listen to their stories of love and loss, and finally discover a place to share your grief where your loss will be appreciated.
Different themes each week to address the specific grieving needs of each group.
Group sizes of 8-12 people. Smaller groups give you the opportunity to really take your time to share and grow through your grief.
