Just Under The Surface
You'll Surely Find
A Bruised Piece Of My Heart
So Please Bear In Mind
That Just Under The Surface
It'll Soon Be Discovered
I've Got Everything Out Of Place
Feeling Broken, and Unkind
And A Broken Frame Of Mind
It seems that just under the surface there lies so much that the rest of the world doesn't see. It's the part of ourselves that we have to hind from those around us. For many of us, that means hiding that tension and heartbreak from those around us.
