It was the moments of sunshine
And you in the rays
That I lived for.

Haikus say so much with so little. I love the imagery of watching them enjoy those moments of happiness and joy. The peace that we felt. That love that we still have. All of that comfort and protection...we provided. It feels good to nurture, to spark joy in others.
Let's remember that today. Find a memory where they were fat, happy, or otherwise just super content and let's dwell in it.
