There are some days where we just don't want to get out of bed. That feeling when we wake up and remember our loss all over again; rudely woken by reality from a good dream and peaceful sleep. So, what do we do in that case? When we don't have the energy to do anything? To engage in the day? 

Let's find one thing to do, this day. It might be something we don't want to do, but it's something we might have to do. No matter how small. We can find one thing to do to take care of ourselves and honor our grief and those we still love.
